Overview

Full Circle is Java-based software project management "Team-Ware" intended to ease the pain of the software development lifecycle. Software projects frequently fail or are delivered late due to either a lack of complete requirements, lack of process, or not learning from previous mistakes. This project aims to reduce this problem by managing and integrating all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to postmortem project analysis. While developed in Java, it is our intention that Full Circle will be useful to any software organization regardless of your implementation language of choice.
